Oradee Thammarak is the driving force behind both Ranong Town and Roi Raeng. Raised around traditional Thai cooking, she brings generations of knowledge, flavour, and authenticity into every dish. What started as a vision to introduce real Southern Thai food to Melbourne has grown into a recognised and respected name.
